Freedom Dream with Kisa

I'm glad you're here. I collaborate with educators, schools, and early childhood communities who are ready to say the quiet parts out loud: learning environments in the first 1,800 days are vital to shaping children's lives — and how adult choices, beliefs, and systems show up in that shared space can either harm or heal them.  My work is grounded in liberation, child-affirming practice, and play as a human right, with a deep commitment to black child-affirming pedagogies. I support individuals and systems in slowing down, disrupting traditional power structures, and reimagining environments that honor children's genius, justice, joy, and full humanity.

If you're feeling the tension between what you know children deserve and what systems expect of you, you're not alone. It's often in that space in between — the place where pressure meets possibility  — that our collaboration begins. Let's meet there, explore it together, and freedom- dream the learning environments that our children truly deserve.

Offerings

Step into a space to imagine, reimagine, and create learning environments that honor children’s full humanity.

WAYS WE CAN COLLABORATE

Kisa works alongside educators, schools, and early childhood communities who are questioning inherited practices and making room for something more honest. This work lives in relationship, reflection, and attention to how children experience the spaces we build for them.

Booking & Care for Time

To support a meaningful experience for your community and to honor the time and preparation this work requires, a $1,000 booking deposit is required to hold your date for all keynotes, book discussions, and Early Learning Environment Support engagements with Kisa Marx. This deposit protects space for your community while honoring the care Kisa brings to this work.

The remaining balance is due on the date of the scheduled engagement.

Keynotes

Kisa Marx’s keynotes create space for educators and communities to think honestly about how learning environments are shaped — by belief, power, pace, and policy. Drawing from lived experience, classroom practice, and liberatory pedagogy, she invites reflection on how systems show up in children’s daily lives. These talks are designed to be felt as much as heard, leaving audiences with language, questions, and a deeper sense of responsibility to children’s full humanity.

Starting at $3,000

Starting at $1, 800

Between the Lines: Book Discussions with Kisa Marx

childcare centers

There’s a saying that the first revolution begins when we change our minds. If you’re looking to begin that kind of shift—one that invites educators to question, unlearn, and reimagine what’s possible within their learning spaces—Kisa would love to be in conversation with you.
